Family cruise? Our 40th wedding anniversary is this summer. I would love to have a family cruise.?

The problem is: it would be DUTCH. There are 3 adult children and their spouses. No children. We want luxury, a good time and lots of time together. However, the financial resources of our children are not up to that much extravegance. Any ideas? How to get the biggest bang for our buck? Say a 5 day cruise ?
