What are the most important things I should know if I want to move from America to Holland?

My boyfriend and I would love to move from America to Holland. However there are a few obsticals…. We have 3 dogs and a cat, he is a baker (kinda easy to find a job) and I work in the corporate office of a bank (have no idea what the lending industry is like in Holland). Any suggestions that would make the transition to our dream go a little smoother?
